Although I started my real estate career during the worst market downturn in generations, I proceeded to perform at a level on par with that of the top agents in the brokerage. With the market and industry difficulties of recent years having led to an increasing number of distressed homeowners, many of whom have been ill served by the industry, I recognized the opportunity to provide a higher level of service to these people in need. After a significant investment in training, certification and mentorship, I became a Short Sale Foreclosure Resource and have been able to successfully close 100% of my short sale listings on the best terms for the sellers. With more than 80% of my business coming from referrals, the knowledge that clients, friends and fellow Realtors have entrusted their most important relationships to my care has been my richest reward. I have consistently been voted a ‘Five-Star Real Estate Agent’ for client satisfaction.
As a Realtor, I feel it is incumbent upon me to make an investment in the communities where I work. My dedication to organizations that provide aid and services to families and children precedes my real estate career. As such, I was thrilled when I was asked to be a member of The Windermere Foundation, Wall Street Group. The Windermere Foundation, Wall Street Group, works in support of organizations throughout King County, including Big Brothers/Big Sisters, St. Joseph’s Baby Corner, Project Cool and First Place, as well as funding individual grants for deserving families in our communities. Additionally, I was tasked with signing all the major sponsors for the Foundation’s annual fundraiser in 2010, which resulted in thousands of dollars in donations to our beneficiaries following the evening’s event.
